Maintenance Cleaning
This is a freshen-up clean to maintain the house in picture perfect condition. Our cleaning staff will sweep/central vac and mop the floors, vacuum the carpets, and refresh the bathrooms.
Regular Cleaning
A Regular Cleaning offers a more extensive and thorough cleaning of your house. We will:
- Sweep/Central Vac and mop your floors
- Vacuum your carpets
- Dust all areas of the house within reach
- Change your bed linens
- Do laundry
- Clean dishes and run your dishwasher if asked
- Do a thorough cleaning of your bathrooms and kitchen
Inside and Out Cleaning
An Inside and Out Cleaning includes everything in a Regular Clean plus:
- Clean inside all kitchen appliances and cabinets
- Wash all dishes and silverware in cabinets if asked
- Clean inside all bathroom cabinets
- Dust all closet and built-in shelves within reach
Construction Cleaning
If you’ve had construction in your house, then a construction cleaning may be just the right choice to clean the heavy debris and dust that remains. We can meet with you at your home to view the situation and discuss your cleaning needs. We can also combine our cleaning efforts with our maintenance men to do high dusting (above kitchen cabinets, fans, and high shelves), and clean windows/mirrors in order to provide a comprehensive cleaning of your home.
