While you’re away MMS will inspect your home on a weekly basis and provide you with monthly inspection reports. In the event that we find a problem, we will contact you immediately to quickly resolve the issue at hand. This thorough inspection includes checking the following:
- Air conditioning to ensure proper cooling and help prevent related problems
- Pest control to help prevent an outbreak of bugs, ants, etc.
- Doors and windows to ensure they are properly locked and secure
- Roof and plumbing leaks to stop water intrusions
- Phones and alarm system to ensure dial tone and that your home is properly protected
- Pool and landscaping to ensure they are properly being maintained
- Appliances such as the refrigerator/freezer, washing machine and hot water heater
We do it all!
We also collect newspapers, water plants, start cars, forward your mail, and even maintain and charge golf carts. We check to make sure everything in your home is working properly before your arrival back to Florida including cable television and high speed internet. We’ll even go grocery shopping to stock your refrigerator and pantry before your arrival.
Our goal is to provide you with the utmost confidence by ensuring your home is being maintained as if you were there.
We are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week for alarm activations or any emergency service. Once contacted by the alarm company MMS immediately notifies your community security that we are available if needed.
