MMS Customers enjoy interior maintenance services unique to MMS.  These include:

• Highdusting in which our maintenance men climb ladders to dust all the high areas of your house you can’t reach (above kitchen cabinets, high shelves, closets, entertainment units, fans, ac vents, door frames, etc.)
• Bulb Changing including the hard to reach high-hat bulbs from high ceilings
• Air conditioning filter cleaning or replacement
• Cleaning out and/or replacing bags for central vacuum tanks
• Cleaning/washing garage floors
• Cleaning mirrors and inside windows
• Flipping bed mattresses
• Cleaning chandeliers (with written authorization)

Handyman Services

MMS has an experienced, professional handyman for all your minor household repairs.  Our handyman services include:

• Ceiling fan installations
• Small paint jobs
• Light carpentry work
• Installing shelves in garages and closets
• Repairing fences, gates, doors and screens
• Minor outside electrical work (i.e. repairing landscape lights)
• Fixing concrete pavers that are sunk or broken
• Installing door bells and door stops
• Hanging pictures and mirrors
