Florida homes are designed to capture the sunlight and keep the house bright.  However, if your windows are dirty, it defeats the purpose.  MMS can professionally clean regular sized windows, french windows, sliding glass doors, window frames and screens.  We can remove paint spots, mildew, insects and even acid rain.  We can service your home on an as needed basis, or set up semi-annual maintenance to prevent heavy buildup.

Pressure Cleaning and Sealing

Keeping your home’s exterior clean preserves the value of your investment.  Pressure cleaning can eliminate mold, dirt, and mildew stains as well as mud dauber and wasp nests.  Our professional service includes pressure cleaning the following:

• Driveway and patio pavers
• Roofs and gutters
• Walls and eaves of the house
• Screened in enclosures

MMS also recommends sealing pavers to bring out their natural beauty and protect them from fading due to the strong Florida Sun.  We will be happy to meet with you at your house to provide a free estimate for pressure cleaning and sealing.

Other Exterior Maintenance

MMS has established a monthly exterior maintenance program that will keep the exterior of your house in tip-top shape.  With an hour or two of maintenance per month, the exterior of your house can keep the appealing appearance it deserves.  Monthly service includes:

• Brushing the eaves of your house to remove spider webs, dirt and insect nests
• Wiping down the summer kitchen/BBQ area including cleaning the inside and outside of the BBQ
• Wiping down all outside patio furniture
• Chlorinating window sills and other areas of the house that may have mold or mildew
• Cleaning outside light fixtures and fans
• Changing outside bulbs if asked
• Cleaning outside door knobs and handles
• Cleaning the front door and entranceway

In addition to the monthly exterior maintenance, MMS will also on an as needed basis:

• Take out/put away patio furniture at the beginning and end of the season
• Wash tile floors of outside Florida Rooms
• Put up/take down Child Protection (Kiddie) Fences around the pool
• Remove leaves and debris from inside roof gutters and downspouts
• Close accordion style hurricane shutters and take down fan blades before a hurricane
